Biobin (vented kitchen caddy) chosen by the city of Vinkovci (Croatia) for the collection of organic waste in homes

The municipality of the Croatian city of Vinkovci has purchased thousands of BIOBIN VENTED KITCHEN CADDIES from Cervic Environment to make them available to citizens, thereby helping to raise awareness and promoting the correct segregation of organic waste generated in homes.

Biobin is a 10-litre vented kitchen caddy with a hinged lid and an ergonomic handle that allows the disposal and collection of organic waste generated in homes, mainly in the kitchen, through a compostable bag inside.

Biobin is a perfect and hygienic solution for storing organic waste in homes since the holes in the bucket, together with the use of compostable bags, facilitate the transpiration of the liquid contained in the organic waste (the waste is kept in aerobic conditions until the bag is completely full) thus reducing the accumulation of leachates and bad odors.

It incorporates a cleft n the base to facilitate the emptying of the caddy in a comfortable and safe way.
